Minnesota Lakes Bank announced that Kim Rostis has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Operations, and Austin Wiberg was promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President, Business Banker.

Rostis joined Minnesota Lakes Bank in November of 2014 and most recently served as Assistant Vice President, Mound Branch and Deposit Manager. Having held several roles within both commercial and community banks, she possesses over 20 years of experience within the industry. Rostis is an active Rotarian with the Mound-Westonka Rotary. She also regularly participates with the Westonka Community and Commerce Event Boards for events such as Dog Days Westonka, Polar Plunge, and Tree Lighting Ceremony.

Wiberg joined Minnesota Lakes Bank in May of 2018 and most recently served as Credit Analyst. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in accounting at Bemidji State University. Wiberg is active in the Lions Club, the Mound Spirit of the Lakes Committee, and the Delano Chamber of Commerce.
